Report: Pistons' Carlisle to be named coach of the year

AUBURN HILLS, MICHIGAN - A source within the Detroit Pistons says that first-year coach Rick Carlisle will be named the NBA&#39;s coach of the year. <br> <br> The league will only confirm that a news conference has been called for later this afternoon. <br> <br> Carlisle led the Pistons to a 50-win season and their first Central Division title since 1990. They currently lead Boston one game to none in their second round playoff series.
