Former chairman of Clarke Broadcasting dies at 85

ATHENS - Retired Athens radio executive H. Randolph Holder has died at the Athens Regional Medical Center. He was 85. <br> <br> Holder, the former chairman of Clarke Broadcasting, had Parkinson&#39;s disease and cancer. He died Monday night. <br> <br> He was the voice of radio station WGAU AM for years, reminding listeners each morning that ``It&#39;s a lovely day to be in Athens,&#39;&#39; and telling them to ``keep smiling until 10 o&#39;clock, and the rest of the day will take care of itself.&#39;&#39; <br> <br> Bridges Funeral Home in Athens is handling funeral arrangements which are incomplete.
