CLAYTON - A New Jersey man remains in serious condition at Greenville Memorial following an accident in Rabun County late Tuesday night. <br>

19-year-old Theodore Fetter lost control of his vehicle on Highway 15, crossed the median and sideswiped a tractor-trailer. The driver of the truck, 43-year-old Bruce Kaiser of Florida, was not injured. <br>

A passenger in Fetter's car, 21-year-old Nora Ballard also was not injured. The accident is still under investigation.
