ALPHARETTA - Authorities have identified the man who died in a burning minivan after a rush-hour crash that shut down Georgia 400 at Alpharetta. <br>

Thirty-one-year-old Ilario Pecero of Roswell died in the accident, which happened about 6 a.m. Tuesday. He was a passenger in the van that collided with a northbound tractor-trailer. <br>

DeKalb County police officer Russell Bodin and a window replacement worker -- John Mercer of Gainesville -- pulled four other men from the burning van to safety.
