Moody Air Force Base doctor found guilty on sex charges

VALDOSTA - A Moody Air Force Base doctor was found guilty Monday on charges of having sex with two female patients, adultery and one count of solicitation to commit an offense, officials said. <br>

Military Judge Lt. Col. James Flanary sentenced Capt. Oscar Salvat to 15 months confinement, dismissal from the Air Force and forfeiture of all military benefits. <br>
<br>
After the trial, Salvat was taken to the Lowndes County Jail, where he will remain until he is taken to a yet-to-be-determined military jail, The Valdosta Daily Times reported. <br>
<br>
Salvat was acquitted on one count of malingering; two counts of insurance fraud and stealing medical supplies, and one count of filing a false police report.
