New Rector at Grace

GAINESVILLE - The new Rector at Grace Episcopal Church in Gainesville is Rev. Douglas Grant Dailey, who will assume the post in July.

Rev. Dailey, currently Rector at Trinity Episcopal in Statesville, North Carolina, will replace Rev. Fred Jones who left Grace in March 2001 to become Associate Dean at the Cathedral of Saint Phillip in Atlanta.

He is married to the former Judy Browning and they have three teenage daughters: Jennifer, 19; Sarah, 15; and, Christina, 13.

Rev. Don Harrison, who has served as Interim Rector at Grace since Rev. Jones left, will return to his duties as Associate Rector.
