DENVER - Colorado Avalanche forward Dan Hinote is expected to play Wednesday night against Atlanta after missing 11 games while recovering from shoulder surgery. <br>

After practice Tuesday Hinote said, ``I feel great.'' <br>

Hinote, who has scored six goals and 11 points in 52 games, was not the only injured player to show improvement at Tuesday's practice. <br>
<br>
Center Peter Forsberg, who is recovering from January surgery to repair tendon damage in his left foot, skated for 45 minutes, including 15 minutes with the team. Forsberg has not played this season. <br>
<br>
And forward Milan Hejduk, who has missed the past 14 games because of an abdominal strain, skated for 20 minutes.
