LITTLETON, COLORADO - Satellite television provider EchoStar Communications Corporation and Internet service provider EarthLink Incorporated said Friday they have entered an alliance to offer a combined satellite television and Internet access package. <br>

EchoStar, based in Littleton, said buyers will receive credits of up to ten dollars a month on a package of broadband Internet access and satellite television. <br>

The deal is similar to one announced earlier this week between Echostar and SBC Communications Incorporated. <br>

Echostar plans to begin offering Atlanta-based Earthlink's DSL Internet service late this summer.
