Jeffrey Toobin joins CNN as legal analyst, stays at New Yorker

NEW YORK - Jeffrey Toobin has left ABC News to join CNN as a legal analyst. He joins other ABC alumni such as Connie Chung, Aaron Brown and Jeff Greenfield at the cable network. <br> <br> Toobin began his new job Monday talking about the arrest of actor Robert Blake for allegedly killing his wife. <br> <br> Toobin analyzed the O.J. Simpson trial, Kenneth Starr&#39;s investigation into the Clinton White House and the Elian Gonzalez custody case for ABC. He won an Emmy for his work on the Gonzalez case. <br> <br> Toobin also is a staff writer at The New Yorker magazine, where he will continue to work.
