CARTERSVILLE - A Bartow County grand jury has returned a 22-count indictment against a former middle school teacher accused in a child-molestation case involving five boys. <br>

Charges against 31-year-old Donald Morris Lovell -- who taught at Woodland Middle School -- include child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and furnishing alcohol to a minor. The indictment was returned Thursday. <br>

Lovell resigned in January after the investigation started and was arrested later. <br>
<br>
He is accused of showing several of the boys pornographic videotapes, performing oral sex on one of them and intimidating three of them to keep them from talking with police.
