PITTSBURGH - A Georgia man pleaded guilty Wednesday to buying a bogus Pennsylvania licenses to transport hazardous materials, bringing to 14 the number of people who have pleaded guilty in the license-for-bribes scheme. <br>

Twenty-nine-year-old Samir Almazaal of Clarkston faces up to 15 years in prison for fraudulently obtaining commercial driver's licenses from a former Pennsylvania Department of Transportation worker. <br>

Almazaal was among 20 men of Middle Eastern origin arrested in late September on charges of bribing the Pittsburgh PennDOT worker. <br>
<br>
Including Almazaal, 14 people charged in the case have pleaded guilty or been convicted. <br>
<br>
Federal prosecutors say Almazaal came to Pittsburgh from Detroit in January 2000 to get the hazmat license, hearing he could make more money transporting the materials.
