ABBEVILLE, S.C. - The Warnaco Group plans to close its Calvin Klein cutting and sewing plant here, laying off 168 employees by the end of May. <br>

New York-based Warnaco, which has owned the Abbeville plant since 1997, has been restructuring since filing for bankruptcy in June, spokesman Doug Morris said. <br>

Employees were told about the closure Tuesday. <br>

Warnaco's products range from Calvin Klein jeans to Olga bras and Speedo swimsuits. <br>
