MACON - David Harbin scored 18 points and Omar Collington 17 as Decatur beat Randolph-Clay 56-51 in a Class AA boys state semifinal Tuesday. <br> <br> After leading by as many as 10 points in the first half, Decatur (28-3) trailed 49-47 midway through the fourth quarter. The Bulldogs, who last won a state title in 1982, closed with a 9-3 run and advanced to Friday&#39;s state championship game. <br> <br> Walter Flowers scored 17 points for Randolph-Clay (22-5) and Travious Powell had 12.
