ATLANTA - Antonio Hudson scored a career-high 24 points, including 15 in the second half, to lift Louisiana State to a 69-62 victory over Vanderbilt Thursday afternoon in the opening round of the Southeastern Conference tournament. <br> <br> The Tigers (17-13) advance to meet 17th-ranked Georgia, the East Division top seed, Friday. <br> <br> Jermaine Williams added 12 points and five steals as LSU scored 28 points off 23 turnovers. <br> <br> Leading scorer Ronald Dupree was held to seven points, nearly ten below his average. <br> <br> The Commodores (16-14) got 21 points from Chuck Moore, who had three 3-pointers but didn&#39;t make a field goal in the final 19 minutes. <br> <br> Matt Freije picked up the slack, scoring 15 of his 18 points after halftime.
