ATLANTA - A judge in Atlanta has sentenced a 34-year-old man to two years and nine months in prison for phone code theft. <br>

Authorities say Lloyd Richard - who lived in Orlando, Florida - prowled pay phones at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. They called Richard a ``shoulder surfer.'' <br>

Authorities say Richard was caught on hidden cameras peering over the shoulders of travelers at the airport as they punched their calling card numbers into pay phone keypads. <br>
<br>
He is accused of getting more than 4,000 stolen calling card numbers and $1 million in illegal calls. <br>
<br>
The man pleaded guilty to stealing and reselling access codes. <br>
<br>
U.S. District Judge Beverly Martin sentenced him Thursday.
