CHICAGO - Illinois enjoyed one of the easiest romps through the first round of the NCAA tournament so far this year, routing San Diego State 93-64. <br> <br> Frank Williams had 25 points and eight assists for the Illini, who won for the tenth time in their last eleven games. They&#39;ll take a 25-8 record into Sunday&#39;s game against Creighton. <br> <br> Freshman Luther Head added a career-high 19 points, highlighted by a pair of back-to-back dunks on alley-oop passes from Williams during the second half. <br> <br> Al Faux had 27 points and Tony Bland 18 for the Aztecs, who were playing their first NCAA tournament game since 1985. They head home with a 21-and-12 record.
