Twenty-three-year-old Amy Sanders is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year old foster child. The child's foster parent contacted authorities after noticing a mark on the girl's neck. <br>

Sanders was arrested in Paulding County last night. <br>
<br>
Officials say the alleged molestation included fondling and kissing.<br>
