North Carolina trucker reports possible tanker hijack attempt

ATLANTA - Authorities along the East Coast are looking for two ``Middle Eastern-looking men&#39;&#39; in connection with an alleged attempt to hijack a truck. <br> <br> The Georgia State Patrol says the alert was issued by the FBI and the highway patrol in North Carolina. The driver of a fuel tanker says the men tried to force him off the road Wednesday. <br> <br> They were in a Dodge Neon with New Jersey plates. And officials quoted by the News and Observer newspaper in Raleigh say it might have been nothing more than a case of road rage. <br> <br> Still, authorities in Georgia, the Carolinas and Virginia are being told to look out for the car and the two men, who are said to be possibly armed and dangerous.
