GAINESVILLE - Monday begins a week of the "Click It or Ticket" safety program throughout Georgia.

The purpose is to increase usage of adult seat belts and child restraint seats.

Gainesville Sergeant Floyd Canup says road checks, concentrated patrols, and check points all will be used to enforce the law.

Those without child safety seats will be referred to Hall County Safe Kids to get one.

The organization offers free seats to anyone who comes in for a one-hour training class.
Click It or Ticket" normally is done four weeks each year.
