Police investigating deaths of two people in burning car

RUTLEDGE - Authorities are working to identify two people found dead in the trunk of a burning car in Morgan County. <br>

The car had been rented in Birmingham, Alabama. It was found burning early Saturday in Rutledge, north of Interstate 20. <br>
<br>
The victims, a man and woman, were found after firefighters extinguished the blaze. <br>
<br>
Autopsy results are pending. <br>
