BALDWIN - The person killed in a one car accident on New Liberty Road in Habersham County Wedensday night has been identified as Stephanie Jones, 14 of Clarkesville.
Jones was ejected from the car driven by Kyle Sewell, 18 of Alto.
The accident occurred shortly before 9 p.m.
Trooper Anthony Coleman of the State Patrol said Sewell's car left the roadway and overturned into a creek bed.
Sewell and another unidentified teen were slightly injured but not hospitalised. The accident remains under investigation.
