Gailey hires Raye to coach linebackers and special teams

ATLANTA - New Georgia Tech coach Chan Gailey completed his staff by hiring Tommy Raye to coach tight ends and special teams. <br> <br> The 38-year-old Raye was born in Macon and played two seasons for Georgia Southern. He was hired by Navy in December to coach the linebackers, but decided to come to Georgia Tech. <br> <br> Gailey also announced that offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Bill O&#39;Brien has been elevated to assistant head coach.
