U.S. Attorney Glenn Suddaby said ten of the people were involved in a Syracuse street gang that called itself ``The Elk Block Gang.'' He said the group was charged with the illegal trafficking of 70 guns from Georgia to Syracuse. <br>

Investigators from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms recovered 12 of the guns. Suddaby said authorities were asking for the public's help in recovering the remaining handguns and were offering reward money for valid information.
