ATLANTA - Lorenzo Kelsaw rushed for 222 yards on 29 carries as Clinch County beat Hawkinsville 36-0 in a Class A state semifinal Friday at the Georgia Dome. <br>

Clinch County (14-0) advances to the state championship game next week against the winner of Saturday's matchup between Metter and Dooly County. <br>

Kelsaw scored scored on runs of six and 51 yards as Clinch County outgained Hawkinsville 318-107. <br>

Joe Louis Mingo passed for 67 yards and two touchdowns, including a 36-yarder on the last play of the first half for Clinch County, who have outscored their four playoff opponents 167-26. <br>

Rance Morgan added two interceptions, returning one 41 yards for the game's first score on the opening play of the second quarter. <br>

Hawkinsville (12-2) entered the semifinal averaging 33.6 points per game, but was limited to 107 yards of total offense as Todd Coley was sacked seven times. <br>

Clinch, which won state championships in 1991 and 1988, went up 22-0 on Kelsaw's 6-yard run and a safety in the third quarter. Mingo's 17-yard pass to Jared Bighams with 8:01 left pushed it to 29-0.
