DULUTH - A man was killed near Gwinnett Place mall Thursday in a shooting that police said was related to a dispute over a woman. <br>

Police say the victim, a 39-year-old Rogers McWhorter, Junior, was shot about 7:30 a.m. while sitting in his pickup truck at the Gwinnett Plantation office park. He died at the scene. <br>

The suspect, 29-year-old Larry McRae, of Lithonia, has been charged with murder. <br>
<br>
Police say McRae fled in a car, but was arrested a short distance away during a routine traffic stop.
