ATLANTA - Police say a 12-year-old girl stabbed her father to death early Friday in northwest Atlanta after an apparent fight between her parents. <br>

The man was stabbed about 4 a.m. Friday at the family's home. <br>

Major George Turner says the man and woman had been involved in an argument that resulted in a physical altercation. <br>

Police have not released the victim's name.
