Ethics complaint filed against Lynn

ATLANTA - An ethics complaint has been filed against Hall County Commission candidate Deborah Lynn.

Teddy Lee, the executive director of the State Ethics Commission, confirmed late Thursday that the complaint was filed by Bill Chandler, chairman of the Hall County Democratic Committee.

Lee would not elaborate on the the specifics of the complaint and Chandler's office in Gainesville said he is out of town until Monday. Lee said letters of confirmation/notification would be sent to the parties involved as soon as possible.

Lynn, a Republican, who faces Democratic incumbent Brenda Branch in Tuesday's election, could not be reached for comment.
