Teen killed while trick-or-treating

SAVANNAH - A teenager died when he was hit by a minivan while trick-or-treating with friends on Halloween. <br> <br> Eighth-grader Mark Wallace was riding a skateboard near a subdivision when the minivan struck him, said Lt. Mike Maxwell of the Bryan County Sheriff&#39;s Department. <br> <br> Wallace was wearing dark clothing, possibly a homemade costume, Maxwell said. <br> <br> ``It looks like an unfortunate accident,&#39;&#39; he said. <br> <br> No charges have been filed and no one else was injured.
