ATLANTA - The jury deliberating the penalty for a man convicted of killing a Gainesville man and three others in Atlanta in 1998 will resume its work Thursday morning.
The Fulton County panel, which convicted Timothy Dawson last week, deliberated all day Wednesday after the getting the case Tuesday afternoon.
Jurors are trying to decide whether Dawson should spend life in prison or be executed.
