COLUMBUS - The last of the 85 protesters arrested last weekend during a demonstration at Fort Benning has been released from the Muscogee County Jail. <br>

They included a man who called himself John ``Peace'' Doe and refused to reveal his name when he was arrested along with the others for trespassing on the post during the protest against the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation. <br>

David Tarbell, 21, of Cincinnati revealed his identity Wednesday, posted a $500 deposit on a $5,000 bond and was released. <br>
<br>
Police estimated that 6,000 protesters showed up this year for the 13th annual demonstration by the School of Americas Watch against the Fort Benning academy for Latin American soldiers and police. <br>

The organization conducts the protests to mark the killings of six Jesuit priests in El Salvador on Nov. 19, 1989. They claim some of the killers were graduates of the School of the Americas, which preceded the current institute. <br>
<br>
Those who were arrested for trespassing onto Fort Benning property during Sunday's demonstration face up to six months in prison and $5,000 fines.
