KING OF PRUSSIA, PENNSYLVANIA - Shoppers looking for video games won't find them much longer at one upscale toy chain.

Zany Brainy says it'll yank all of the video games off its shelves.

It says the video game industry is focusing on themes that are too violent for the young kids of the company's typical customer.

Zany Brainy has only stocked games with content suitable for kids of all ages.

It made the decision to stop selling video games of any kind after choosing not to stock games geared toward teens - which account for a big chunk of the video game market.

A spokeswoman for the chain's parent company says it seems games featuring violence are the most popular ones and the ones the industry focuses on.

She says the company's FAO Schwarz stores will continue stocking games, because of a customer base including young teens.

But she says it will continue screening out violent games.
