Mother and nine-year-old son stabbed to death in apartment

MACON - A 40-year-old Macon woman and her nine-year-old son were stabbed to death Thursday morning in their apartment. <br> <br> The bodies of Sara Hawkins and Christopher Willis were found when a seven-member SWAT team entered the apartment. <br> <br> Police say 33-year-old Tony Hurst entered the apartment through a window and chased Christopher and his eleven-year-old brother. The older boy escaped and called police. <br> <br> The SWAT team arrived and spent about two hours formulating a plan. After the officers found the dead bodies, they followed a trail of blood to the empty apartment next door, where they found Hurst. <br> <br> He was arrested without incident and is being held without bond in the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. <br> <br> Police don&#39;t have a motive for the attack.
