Bibb County sheriff's deputies are looking for the gunman who robbed a Huddle House restaurant on Jeffersonville Road early Friday.
About 4:30 a.m., a man walked into the restaurant and pulled a gun, said sheriff's Lt. David Davis. He put a Wal-Mart bag on the counter and demanded money. As the clerk filled the bag, the robber turned to a customer and demanded his wallet.
The gunman left the restaurant on foot and headed toward nearby woods, Davis said.
Witnesses told deputies the robber was a black man about 5-feet, 4-inches tall who weighed about 170 pounds. He wore a maroon shirt, tan pants, a stocking cap and a white scarf around his face.
Davis asked that anyone with information about the robbery call 746-9441.
