Watch dropped for Florida

That tropical depression in the Caribbean is bearing down on the Cayman Islands, but the tropical storm watch for South Florida and the Keys is being dropped. <br> <br> Tropical Depression Fourteen is now centered about 130 miles southwest of Grand Cayman Island. Movement is to the northeast at a rather poky five miles an hour. That&#39;s expected to increase, though some erratic motion is possible. <br> <br> Top sustained winds are still at about 35 miles an hour. But forecasters say the depression could reach tropical storm strength later Tuesday. There&#39;s a tropical storm warning in effect for parts of Cuba, while a tropical storm watch covers the central and northwestern Bahamas. <br> <br> Depression centered at latitude 17.9 north, longitude 82.7 west.
