That tropical depression down south is headed for central Cuba Wednesday morning. <br>

There's a tropical storm warning for Cienfuegos and other portions of central Cuba, as well as for Andros Island other parts of the Bahamas. But the warning for the Cayman Islands has been dropped. <br>

The center of Tropical Depression Fourteen is now about 90 miles southwest of Cienfuegos. It's moving northeast at about 13 miles an hour, with an increase in forward speed expected. <br>
<br>
Top sustained winds are at about 35 miles an hour, with little change in strength expected. Look for increasing swells in the Keys and along the eastern coast of Florida over the next few days. But forecasters are no longer sure the system will make tropical storm status. <br>

The depression centered at latitude 21.0 north, longitude 81.2 west.
