ATLANTA - AOL Time Warner says it has no plans to sell its sports franchises in Atlanta.<br>

Turner Broadcasting System chairman Jamie Kellner denied rumors to that effect Monday, saying that there have been no corporate discussions about selling the Braves, Hawks and Thrashers.<br>

The rumors started with a passing reference by AOL Time Warner chief executive Richard Parsons, who told investors last week that if the company needs to reduce debt it has several options, including the sale of so-called ``non-core assets.'' Such assets could include the sports teams.
