The state Natural Gas Consumers' Relief Act of 2002 gives electric membership corporations the right to apply for certification to market natural gas. <br>
<br>
Walton Energy will offer monthly pricing with no contract or fixed pricing that allows consumers to lock in gas prices for the year.
