ATHENS - An NCAA appeals committee has overturned one-game or two-game suspensions for ten basketball players from Georgia State and Georgia Tech who played in an unsanctioned summer league.
The lifting of the suspensions Wednesday came one day after the NCAA reversed one-game suspensions for Georgia players Ezra Williams and Damien Wilkins.
The players participated in the Kenny Smith Pro-Am Summer League at Morehouse College. The NCAA certified the league, but organizers apparently sent the wrong dates to the governing body.
