Habersham vet featured in 'Huey' documentary

DEMOREST - The Vietnam memories of a Demorest man will be featured in a documentary film about Huey helicopters.

Larry Hancock has featured his war experience in folk art for the past eight years.

His story will be featured in the film "In the Shadow of the Blade". He was visited by a film crew that arrived at his home in a vintage Huey Monday and he and his wife renewed their wedding vows on board the craft.

Hancock was a gunner aboard a Huey , Bell UH-1 series Iroquois, in Vietnam.
