Hall to be included in new 'regional metro area'?

ATLANTA - A new designation of &#34;regional metro area,&#34; which could include Hall, Habersham, and Dawson counties, is reportedly being created for the Atlanta. <br> <br> According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, when the boundaries are announced next year, the new region may include a 28-county metro Atlanta as well as six other Georgia counties and one county in Alabama. <br> <br> In addition to Hall, Habersham, and Dawson, the other Georgia counties that would make up the regional metro area are Polk, Haralson, and Troup, all in the western part of the state. <br> <br> According to the report, the area would be larger than nine states.
