The victim told police she had sex with the 56-year-old Pattillo on October 2 in the boyfriend's suburban Atlanta home. In exchange for the sex, the doctor -- a contractor for the state Division of Family and Children Services -- allegedly promised to report clean drug tests for her boyfriend and his father. <br>

Alpharetta police tried to arrest Pattillo on Monday, but he was not at home.
