Student suspended for kissing girl on forehead

McDONOUGH - A Henry County high school football player has returned to classes after a two-day in-school suspension for kissing his girlfriend on the forehead. <br> <br> James Maurice, 17, was given the suspension Oct. 17 and 18 at Union Grove High School because the student handbook prohibits ``physical contact between students that is deemed in inappropriate.&#39;&#39; <br> <br> Cindy Foster, a spokeswoman for the school board, said Maurice was treated like other students have been treated for the same offense. Maurice was not allowed to play in Union Grove&#39;s homecoming game Oct. 18 because of the suspension.
