BUFORD - A 16-year-old boy is accused of hiding a mini-camera in a women's locker room at a community swimming center.
Gwinnett County authorities say he was trying to spy on the women but didn't get a chance to record anything.
The teen -- whose name has not been released -- was seen climbing down from the ceiling above a women's bathroom stall, police say.
Authorities say they found a mini-camera hidden in the tile above the stall at the Bogan Park Aquatic Center.
The boy, a lifeguard at the center, was charged with criminal intent to commit unlawful surveillance -- a misdemeanor offense.
Police released the teen to his parents Tuesday night.
