ROSWELL - Roswell police arrested a motorist Wednesday, charging him with aggressive driving following a road rage incident on Georgia Highway 400.
Kevin Skahan, 46, of Alpharetta, told police he ``just lost it'' while waiting in morning traffic near Holcomb Bridge Road.
Skahan got out of his Jaguar, punched out the window of another driver's car and then grabbed the man by the shirt, police said.
After the incident, Skahan stopped a Fulton County police officer near the Ga. 400 exit and reported what he had done. Skahan also told police he and the driver, David Hamilton, 37, had ``exchanged pleasantries.''
``I think you had a couple of drivers who were cutting in front of each other and probably trading gestures,'' Roswell officer T. J. Williams said. ``Mr. Skahan has admitted to the charges.''
Hamilton also reported the incident to police.
Skahan also was charged with felony criminal damage to property and misdemeanor battery.
