ST. PETERS, Mo. - A 3-year-old boy accidentally hanged himself on a rope swing while playing in a tree, police said. <br>

A playmate found Cody Miller in his back yard Sunday in this St. Louis suburb. <br>

Police said the rope had been put in the tree for children to use as a swing. <br>
