Gwinnett Police are searching for a Buford man they believe shot another man he believed was having an affair with his wife.
The shooting occurred at 5697 Riverside Drive in Buford Thursday morning.
Police Spokesman Ray Dunlap says the address in the home of Saul Ramirez, 37. Ramirez is said to have shot Juan Jose Ruiz, 33, of 3964 South Lee Street, Buford.
Investigators believe Ruiz was having an affair with Remirez wife and that sparked the shooting.
Remirez was last seen driving a white Chevrolet pick-up truck, with Ga license plate number 401-XFK.
Ramirez is wanted for charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm during the commission of a crime.
