Toccoa woman dies in one car accident

TOCCOA - A 57 year old Toccoa woman was killed Monday when the car she was in overturned on Rock Quarry Road.

The car was driven by James Burns, 21, when it overturned into a creek bed killing Norma Jean Burns.

The State Patrol says charges are pending against James Burns who was only slightly injured.
