LITHONIA - DeKalb County police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a pedestrian on an access road to Interstate 20. <br>

Police said 51-year-old James Jacoby of Covington had fallen from stomach pains and was lying on the side of the road when a car rolled over him early Sunday morning. Police spokeswoman Lieutenant Pam Kunz said Jacoby died at the scene. <br>

Kunz said police are looking for a newer model sports car, possibly a Pontiac Firebird. She said the car should have front end damage. <br>
