FLOWERY BRANCH - The Atlanta Falcons on Thursday signed four free agents, including two former Georgia Bulldogs, defensive tackle Brandon Miller and running back Brett Millican. <br>

Others signed were wide receiver Alvis Whitted, who played four seasons with Jacksonville, catching 17 passes for 215 yards and three touchdowns, and tight end Dallas Neil, who was on Atlanta's practice squad in 2001. Neil played the entire 2000 season with the Falcons, making the team as a free agent rookie. <br>

Miller and Millican, both waived by Indianapolis before the 2001 season, will be sent to NFL Europe this spring.
