Three to be arraigned in Jefferson bank robbery

JEFFERSON - A February arraignment date has been set for three suspects in a Jackson County bank robbery which included a high-speed chase punctuated by gunfire. <br> <br> Barry Smith, 30, of Stone Mountain, James Robert Hamm, 23, of Tucker, and, Kerry Ann Ross, 24, of Monroe were arrested shortly after a November 26th robbery of the Community Bank and Trust in Jefferson. <br> <br> They were scheduled to be arraigned Friday, but the proceedings were postponed until February 11th.
